How to make rich peanut butter brownies (easy recipe)
Before starting the preparation, take the peanut butter and butter out of the fridge to let them soften. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Now, add the chocolate-butter mixture and the egg-sugar blend into the flour bowl and stir until you have a homogeneous mixture.
For the topping, blend the peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar evenly. Pour the batter into a small baking dish, drop the topping in dollops over it, and gently press into the mixture. The brownies need about 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Be careful: the batter should remain soft and moist to ensure the brownies have their characteristic juiciness while still being done. Let them cool, decorate with chopped peanuts, and enjoy!
